An Intuitive, Healer, Psychotherapist and Spiritual Coach. 

I am a bright, bubbly person who loves to help heal others, but I had to walk through the shadows a time or two.

I come from a black, rural southern baptist upbringing where my gifts were dulled at an early age because I was, “imagining things.” Suffering through generational and other traumas to find my voice took years, but I have finally embraced my true self. The years of struggle, sacrifice, grit and darkness that I endured led me to heal myself.

This path of healing came after the death of my father. Death will shake up your world in all kinds of ways. Helping him transition in those last days, made me realize my strength and selflessness. But the real test came within those next years. 

Those years (3 to be exact) were my Dark Knight of the Soul Era (two hurricanes, covid, meeting and marrying my twin flame was in the mix of it too). The healer needed healing. My personal therapy journey led me to holistic methods which led me to reiki and the rest was history. My gifts resurfaced and magnified and Spirit pushed me out of my comfort zone to use them in my practice. So here I am. 

In our sessions, I create a sacred space for you to be yourself holistically, spiritually and mentally. I invite Spirit into sessions for you to be able to release things that no longer serve you. My approach involves guidance from my own spiritual team, as well as your own.  Together, we work to get you to a place of healing on a subconscious and conscious level. 

I combine my educational tools from the world of psychology such as: Mindfulness, CBT, Somatic Therapy, and Family Systems with holistic and spiritual methods like: Reiki and Energy Healing, Chakra clearing, EFT Tapping, Hypnotherapy, Herbalism, Sound Healing and Oracle Readings. 

My passions are: trauma, generational trauma, ancestral healing, reading akashic records and past lives, past life regression, hypnotherapy, shadow work, mirror work, cord cutting, and boundaries.
